Duke

Posted by Nicole Asher on

After three weeks on the run in Griswold, CT, Duke has been safely captured.

I began working with the the rescue yesterday morning. Going over the mapping and sightings, I was able to pinpoint the spot where I felt would be the highest likelihood of him showing up, basically an X marks the spot. Sure enough, Duke found the feeding station at 8:52pm and ate every last morsel. This morning, I loaded up the truck and made the three hour trek to Griswold and by 9pm a hungry Duke was back and within minutes safely captured. Welcome home big guy!
